I’ve been teaching meditation since 2012. When I’m not falling from cliffs and breaking bones, I love teaching mindfulness and classes on death and dying because that wakes us up and allows us to live more intentionally, in the present moment. I’m particularly interested in being real and turning toward what is difficult, such as stress, illness and death. I believe in creating community so we can navigate challenging times together in a safe and supportive environment by leaning into compassion, authenticity and humor. I Foster a warm environment where you can show up imperfect and messy and be fully accepted for who you are.
people interested in infusing mindfulness and the dharma in everyday life. I particularly appreciate how the dharma supports us in being real and turning toward the difficult (stress, illness, death, grief, political division, climate change and all the "isms") when we prefer to turn away.
