Audio: The Dharma of Accepting and Being Yourself

About me

As an immigrant, non-binary, queer, uke-playing, Lego-building, Filipinx American practitioner of the Dharma, I am committed to creating access to and sharing teachings and practices that alleviate suffering, cultivate true happiness, and support the liberation of all beings, especially through joy and song. I empower my students to trust and embody their own innate goodness, wisdom, and compassion and to authentically share it with their families, communities, workplaces, and the world.

I love working with

humble, generous, kind, compassionate, warm, loving, thoughtful, humorous, creative, authentic, courageous, willing, and risk-taking people from all walks of life.
