About me
Constance’s gentle and nurturing manner focuses on getting to the heart of the matter in the present moment and trusting the process. She offered compassionate care for hundreds of people, including dying patients and their families as a hospital chaplain. She's also had experience with chemical dependency counseling and recovery. She respects and values your personal spiritual practice and journey while supporting you to find balance and significance in the face of adversity. From meditation practice and study, there are ways to learn more about being human and embracing your own experience with dignity and integrity, including the insight that comes from feeling. Grief and loss as well as joy and peacefulness are natural aspects of being human and authentically free. Constance's memoir, Time for Awakening provides an expression of her profound faith in practice. Speaking engagements, group teaching, and individual mentoring are all part of Constance’s practice. Constance lives with her family, including their pup, in the home they continue to renovate together.
I love working with
those willing to own their experience in this precious human life and practice mindfulness with honesty, generosity, patience, self-respect, curiosity, and playfulness.
