Meditation: Cultivating Equanimity

About me

I’ve been practicing, studying, and benefiting from mindfulness for the last 26 years and teaching for the last 11. My intention is to help make mindfulness and compassion widely accessible so that ALL people can discover ways to live with greater balance, kindness, inner freedom, and joy. Having experienced and witnessed the transformative power of mindfulness myself, I remain deeply committed to sharing it with others. When I'm not teaching, you can find me working on ways to improve our care for the planet or engaging in some of the many other things that I love – hiking, kayaking, crafting, playing, laughing, enjoying music, and, most importantly, connecting with new and old friends, family, and animals.

I love working with

people of all ages and backgrounds who are interested in exploring self-discovery and growth through mindfulness and compassion.
