Community Talk: The Mindful Enneagram Part 1

About me

Rob has worked with a wide variety of meditative practices for over 40 years, concentrating for the past 30 on Vipassana meditation and mindful dialogue. He has been active with the Insight Meditation Community of Washington (IMCW) since its founding and as a meditation teacher since graduating from the Community Dharma Leader Program at Spirit Rock in 2003. In 2019 he co-led a community wide process to help IMCW establish a renewed Vision for its future. Professionally, Rob started as a telecommunications and IT engineer and project manager, then evolved into an organization development consultant and professional facilitator. He studied to be an ordained United Methodist minister in the early 90's. Rob has extensive experience in introducing meditation, mindful dialogue, the Enneagram, rites of passage, and other spiritual practices into many diverse settings, such as businesses, government, schools, and churches. He is the co-founder of the Meditation Community of Herndon/Reston and leads regular meditation classes in western Fairfax County, Virginia, and online.
