Meditation: Holding Yourself With Love

About me

I’ve devoted my life to mindfulness and the Buddhist path since discovering the teachings in 2008, and enjoy taking time for long-term practice periods as a support for deepening of insight and understanding including over a year and a half in intensive retreats. I’ve been teaching the Buddha Dharma, secular mindfulness programs, and mentoring mindfulness teachers-in-training full time since 2014. I love to support others by pointing out the ways our mundane experience, as well as our most challenging situations can be understood through the lens of practice! My approach is somatic (body-centered) and trauma-informed. My favorite thing is demystifying the practice and the teachings so that they are accessible, do-able and meaningful in everyday life.

I love working with

all who are interested in exploring the profound insights and possibilities for transformation within their own hearts and minds through the practice of mindfulness. I am enlivened by working with those who are willing to show up again and again with authenticity, vulnerability and intention regardless of the inevitable life challenges, changes and heartbreaks, and as a way to cultivate and celebrate life’s joys.
