Meditation: Feeling Tone Practice

About me

My highest aspiration is to help others feel safe, heard and held. Having spent a lot of my life "in my head", focused on thoughts and narratives that led to anxiety and panic attacks, I decided to step into the unknown - a retreat. Since that time in 2003, my daily practice has become mindful living. I work one to one, and as a mentor in groups up to 70 in size, mainly with people in the corporate world who are consumed with anxiety, and feel alone in their suffering. I live with a beautiful soul, Misty my cat, and we live in a rural part of England, Norfolk - fresh air, the sea, and a peaceful life.

I love working with

people who wish to help themselves, and help influence others, on this amazing path towards spiritual freedom.
